Delivery Time

• • Standard orders are delivered within 2–3 business days of dispatch. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Order Tracking

• • A tracking link will be shared with you via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Failed Delivery Attempts

• • Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts over 3 business days. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the shipment will be returned to us and we will contact you to reschedule.

Service Area

• • We ship across India. Same-day delivery is available within Delhi only.

Force Majeure

In Action shall not be held liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fire, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or actions of the courier partner. In such events, delivery timelines will be extended accordingly and customers will be notified at the earliest.

• • All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed, except where explicitly stated (next-day delivery). Actual delivery may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external conditions.

Damage in Transit

• • C.O.T. In Action is not responsible for products damaged in transit once handed over to the courier partner. In case of damaged goods, please photograph the package upon receipt and email us at info@cotinaction.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Address

• • C.O.T. In Action is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
